Frequent Hiring and Firing: The company has a regular cycle of hiring and firing employees, which creates job insecurity and a lack of long-term stability. Lack of Value for Employee Qualities: Management seems to focus more on short-term needs rather than recognizing or valuing individual employees' long-term skills and contributions. Nightmare for Internal Transfers: Moving to another function or department is extremely difficult and often discouraged. The process is complicated, and there’s little support for career development within the company. Retention Issues: The company hires new employees frequently but fails to retain existing ones, which leads to high turnover and an unstable work environment. Limited Employee Engagement: There’s little effort from management to keep employees engaged or motivated, leading to low morale among the team.

There genuinely are a lot of great people working here but they are often lower level employees. Great work-life balance and flexibility (for the most part..) Solid benefits package(health insurance, PTO, etc)

Communication with management is very poor. They hardly consider the opinions of the “worker bees.” Compensation and incentives slowly eroded while you continue to take on more work. “Feathers in your cap” does not count as compensation. Very little, if any, commission. Far too aggressive targets for the resources available. Extreme offshoring of existing positions leading to everyone feeling like they have a gun pointed to their head. Executives hardly have any idea what their organization even looks like on a day to day basis. “Visionary” executives don’t cut it. Most importantly: non-existent path for career development and growth. Taken advantage of, especially in this role. Major conflicts of interests with AM’s and management surrounding growing out of the SSE position.
