- For 1st job it’s ok, but when trying career consolidation / career change I didn’t like it - It’s an intellectually stimulating job, good company resources for the research process - SOME colleagues are really smart, by smart I mean people who actually talk intelligently about the portfolios, about economy, businesses outlook, people who happily talk with you around the projects we work on, etc those are certainly smart, people who have proper language, values and education that goes beyond the academic level - Supportive HR Team and HR business partners are good, caring and responsive

- I simply didn't like their working methods, it's not for everyone, but some colleagues are patient and try to integrate you , but it's clearly not my thing, - find it phycologically draining and people end up losing motivation and interest - There is no proper handover or training as per say, training is essentially carry on the job and time needs to be taken into consideration, specially when thre is little to no guidance on projects - Company is too big and there are so many politics, ends up being inefficient, people talk about job titles but they don’t explain their functions and how they add value in their job - It’s seems authoritarian style (you need to fit in) it disregards for people’s authenticity, or even personal values and cultural background - some colleagues are really insecure, their language and values clearly not appropriate to work for a company like this, it was disappointing to witness that - Unnecessary engagements, didn't really get the point of interacting with some people as they simply condescending, insecure and I assume not very smart, when people behave like that it's suspicious
