No actual work life balance! Upto 12-15 hrs of pressurised work! Management afraid of overseas management and stakeholders, pressurised to do work at any cost! Team budget(if any) is not at all spend on team. For every function u have to spend!! Lots of unnecessary managers(associates)! Politically very actives as lots of manager are hired either from BPO industry or small(lala) companies! Managers are themselves of buttering mindsets! So u have to do same,if not then bear the grunt of biasness! Perception is the key factor not hard work! Management doesnot listen to ur problem,instead they use it year-end review on it and will downgrade you!
