Vantaggi

Full autonomy with little responsibility yet high compensation. Seems like this would be contrary to popular opinion but this was the case. They have a leading-edge technology and are willing to manage and compensate their employees who perform. It was a great experience. I would still be there if my personal circumstances didn't have me needing to move out of state.

Too much time off doesn't allow the staff to focus. Everyone was busy planning their next vacation.
