If you don't make waves, you will be unnoticed. If you want your career to idle, this is the place to be. Technology is outdated at Blackbaud. Staffing at nonprofits are minimal with high turnovers. Invoices/billing to nonprofits are scrutinized. When the economy sunk, so did the company. Bonuses are share and given to everybody including poor performers. If you want your career to idle and coast through the remainder of your professional life, this is the perfect place to be.
