      They treat you like an adult here. It's big enough where it doesn't have a "mom and pop" vibe, but small enough where you feel like you matter. I worked personally with my boss's boss's boss a few times. In previous jobs I didn't even know who that was. Very fun atmosphere. They try to keep morale up as much as possible. Highly recommend.

      For Analysts at least, a more streamlined division of responsibilities would be good.

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
