      Remote jobs are really flexible for employees who cannot travel and spend a lot of cash on commuting.

      The management knows nothing about the low level employees and there are annual layoffs.

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
