      Great entry level position with excellent training.

      Svantaggi

      Takes too long to move up in the company and likely if there are budget cuts your job is not secure. Lower end of compensation and little family work life balance in this role.

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
