Met some really great friends. On the surface appears to offer good employee benefits, free breakfast etc.

Svantaggi

Fairly hostile environment. Long term staff favoured over newer members, cliques are made and never broken. Unsure of itself as a whole, became a very stressful place to work.

Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
