Upper management only focused on M&A, sales, lowering costs. BH is owned by private equity. There is little to no bonus outside of sales functions. There is no employee equity program and a weak 401k match. There is a large focus on shifting engineering from US based engineers to India and other low cost centers. Absolutely no clear communication or direction on company strategy, except that BH will continue to acquire more companies. There was so much squandered potential.
