Committing consumer fraud for a living - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service Representative presso Blackhawk Network

On a daily basis, I am required to find ways to avoid giving consumers access to the money they deposited on prepaid cards. My excuses are: 1. The consumer has no receipt for the funds placed on a "gift card" given to them; 2. The consumer does not have 20 forms of address verification; 3. A monthly fee is taken for "inactivity" even though our network blocked the card and they cannot perform activities.
