Unprofessional and toxic - Recensione dipendente - Receptionist presso Bladder Health Reconstructive Urology Institute

Literally the manager yells at everyone, saying we need to appreciate her for training us and how she is the best employee because she will come to work even when her father passed. She sets very unrealistic standards, begrudges for having to train people, micromanages unlike anyone I have ever met. Every employee besides the physicians have to clean the entire practice every hour (including the bathrooms) otherwise she gets upset. Every interaction she has with employees is awkward and uncomfortable because of the lack of respect and camaraderie in the practice. I literally saw her yell at employees in front of the patients, it was so unbelievably unprofessional.
