- Hour long lunch break and several options in the area for food - At the time I was there the owner liked to reward sales performance with bonus days off around the holidays (not sure if this still happens) - Casual dress code in the office

- Despite what this site claims I do think negative reviews are being removed. This is the second time I am leaving one since seeing my original one gone. - If you are not family and not a straight white Catholic antivaxxer good luck with any career mobility here. - There is a pattern of layoffs here about every 2 years and most of the time no one I knew who also went through them was given a direct reason for their termination. - If you came here to work on the computers you likely already have skills that will get you better pay and benefits anywhere else.

There are some genuinely hardworking and skilled people on the eCommerce sales team who care about their work and each other. The peer-level collaboration is the best part of the job, and most team members do everything they can to deliver results despite constant change.

Ownership operates in a reactive, inconsistent way that makes sustained progress nearly impossible. Direction changes frequently, priorities reset without explanation, and standards are applied unevenly. Teams are asked to execute against shifting targets with little context or stability. Abrupt terminations are common and poorly communicated, which creates anxiety and discourages ownership or long-term thinking. Decision-making favors short-term reactions over disciplined planning, and internal politics often override sound judgment. Transparency is limited, feedback loops are weak, and managers default to control rather than building trust and clarity. The result is unnecessary turnover, low morale, and a constant sense of uncertainty that undermines otherwise capable teams.
