Abrupt terminations are common and poorly communicated, which creates anxiety and discourages ownership or long-term thinking. Decision-making favors short-term reactions over disciplined planning, and internal politics often override sound judgment. Transparency is limited, feedback loops are weak, and managers default to control rather than building trust and clarity.
