Technology is very hard to stand up. Resulting in frustrated customers.

Joined Blazent in 2013- Amazing and accomplished sales team and leaders. Blazent wa in differentiated market and was winning with no competition.

Terrible move to bring in emotionally unstable Ex-IBM CMO. His toxic personality drove away every single capable sales person. Attempts at re-hires fizzled out and never closed any business. Coupled with a narcissistic self-appointed "smartest guy in the room", who took control of the technical direction of the company and moved the product and its selling motions outside of the proven marketplace without a shred of evidence to support solving a complex business problem in the target market. These two events sunk this company, which has limped along ever since.
