The company as a whole does not know what it wants to do. They are constantly changing the way things are done to maybe get something to stick, but it is all guesswork. They are always moving the goalposts as to what success is and what you are being measured on. Leadership will tell you that you are doing good and not offer any real feedback. Management is constantly wanting to raise the prices to schools to the point that they do not want to work with us.
