Some really great people and good pay if you meet targets (doesn’t happen often)

- people are hired and promoted on favouritism rather than experience - this comes from the CEO and is part of the culture - no one at the top seems to know what they’re doing - very white, very male, very entitled - not diverse at all and looks like no plans to change that - they are forcing good people out which is a real shame - targets are unrealistic
