Great culture and everyone is working towards the same goal

Lots of changes throughout my tenure at the org. Have to adapt quickly and be ready for anything.

The engineering team is very strong, focused and friendly. They are focused on building technology methodically, not just hacking things together. The product has huge potential. Everyone is very driven and talented. They are good at making remote-work actually work.

As with other startups of this size: There is a wealth of tacit knowledge that the earliest employees understand, but it's not always clear how to discover or navigate this knowledge.
