your experience in the company will differ drastically depending on what org you're in. I can only speak for CS (customer success), since I've been there for a while. There's really no room for upward mobility in CS. Leadership tries their hardest to come up with arbitrary ways to create some sort of "ladder" for employees to climb, when you're not really given any room for improvement, or any roles to move into.
