4yThank you for your thoughtful feedback. We're glad to hear you felt stretched, are learning new things, and appreciate the culture we've worked so intentionally to foster. As we grow and expand, it is important that we continue to remember that all of our processes are flawed. It is absolutely mission critical that we're open to change and making everything we do a little better every day. I'm excited to see the launch of SalesForce 360 later this year to help reduce some of those 5 step workarounds you mention!
In response to a couple items you shared about:
Compensation - Like you, I do wonder when we'll finally get a review that says we pay too much. Just kidding of course. In all seriousness, as we grow, we're committed to continuing to establish a comprehensive benefits plan that is competitive in an everchanging market. Like most companies, Block Imaging has varying compensation that is more so based on market, influence and overall value and far less related to tenure or quantity.
Roles - Regarding the mention of "3 jobs in one," there are times when it makes sense to separate responsibilities and I would encourage you to initiate a conversation around your concern/idea with your manager. Ideas are the very lifeblood of making us better!
Transition - This one certainly has a fair bit of complexity to it. While our turnover rate as a whole is incredibly low (and we've had more team members join from than leave to OEMs recently), there are times when team members are offered incredible opportunities. While it can be sad to see them go, I'm proud of the investment we've made together and our mission invites us into celebrating and supporting their new opportunity.
