The home office is still trying to figure things out (hr, training modules, systems, etc.). They are growing fast and trying to implement too many things at the same time.

High turnover is not the norm. In fact, we fortunately have a great retention rate. Certain markets are much tougher to recruit in than others for sure. The contracted pay rate also has a lot to do with retention. We'd like to thank you for taking the time to give your feedback. We are committed to creating a comfortable, transparent, and collaborative environment for all of our employees so it’s disappointing to hear that we missed accomplishing that opportunity with you.
