You're looking for remote work and enjoy a charismatic environment with a lot of client facing training via webex/zoom. Not particularly fast paced, but busy just the same. If you prescribe to buzzword filled business methodologies then you'll love this place and the people. My immediate co-workers were lovely, as were departmental leads and even the leadership had quality people at the helm.

Healthcare was not offered, even during the start to mid pandemic. I've no idea if they've started offering it. Adherents to Landmark Worldwide Education (Scientology Lite if you will) from the top down. Was pressured to attend seminars in subtle and not so subtle ways from multiple people in positions of leadership.
