Can't really think of anything...

All the unproductive people that were here have left and we are restructuring and making things better. Management is working closely in all offices to make things better. I think we are finally headed in the right direction. There are more incentives being put in place. Looking forward to bigger and better things in the future.

There are some previous employees that are spreading false rumors of their experiences at Blu but I've had nothing but success here. They are just bitter and that's the only way they think they can get back at Blu. The gossip that former employees spread is just amazing to me.
