HEAVILY CULTURIZED.Why would someone continue to put in the best quality of work while the other associate is hour and a half late along with chopping through their work... barely receiving criticism for their behavior. They pick and choose who needs to hear a safety lecture. They fail to hold everyone equally accountable.
