I had the delight of working for blue frontier for a short amount of time but in that space the agency and management showed great attention to its staff. From day one the marketing team makes you feel like part of the team, onboarding is smooth and team leaders are always there helping out when needed. We are very busy and while I don't think this necessarily is a bad thing (it is manageable), if you aren't used to a full workload, it can be a bit daunting.
