Typical startup issues can arise, must be strong enough to manage and lead, followers tend to fail here. CEO is ambitious and personable with no patience for excuse makers--this means if you need to have your hand held and are sensitive this is not the home for you.

Incredibly inclusive environment, where friends come together, to do intelligent / creative / leading work that helps clients and push their marketing forward. You've never worked with a group of people who care as much about each other.

It's really hard work. BLUE (now Possible) works with clients and partners around the world, so be prepared for long hours and different cultures. The rewards in terms of respect, energy and compensation are worth it though.
