Good company atmosphere. Everyone is nice and wants you to succeed.

There is high turnover and not much room for growth

Great colleagues, work environment, and atmosphere to make the time go by. Training was at least 2 days. Very informative within that timeframe , so it was pretty fast paced. Managers often cared about the employees and making sure our voices were heard. Reasonable pay.
