      Avinash, the CEO, is incredibly difficult to work with. He frequently uses offensive language in meetings, including once saying “shame on you” in front of a group of ten people, which was humiliating for the employee. His treatment of staff is demeaning, and he often loses his temper. He tends to forget the work his team has done, forcing them to redo tasks unnecessarily. To make matters worse, he engages in harassment, contributing to a toxic work environment

      Everything; they say it's a part time internship, but it's actually a full time; be ready to work till 1 am at night bouncing your head in the useless meetings with the CEO or other heads; No learning at all: you don't get the actual work of data analyst but only very basic stuff like data entry and all; apart from other unrelated tasks like that of a basic assistant would be given to you; no valuable learning experience at all; no scope for converting to a full time employee, for them you are just an another free intern, for them it's free business: interns will come and go and work for them for free
