Small firm, but great projects to work on

Fine. They used to some interesting change management opportunities.

No benefits. Had to wait for 2 months before my first payment. No bonus or benefit structure. Purely gig work. There is really only one or two clients that they work with, so not much opportunity. And the pay for the last couple of jobs I was proposed to was significantly less than what I am used to (less than half of what I am used to making).
