BlueBridge One is a company we can all be proud of having won the Oracle NetSuite EMEA Solution Provider of the year 2 years running, beating +/-155 other companies in the industry. All employee voices are respected, heard and considered within the company. The company genuinely cares about its people, their development and understands that everyone has a life outside of work. The flexibility is there in terms of working environment - as long as everyone works together to meet their assigned objectives/targets. There is no clock watching or micro management. I really enjoy working at BlueBridge One. Working with genuine, good, down to earth people is important to me considering how much of one's life is spent at work!
