Everyone is truly united by the mission. - Small teams means you get to participate in a whole range of design activities - A good place to learn, with a culture for learning - The mission is truly unique and exciting, the products are generally exciting and impactful to work on

- Design culture is relatively hard to work with compared to other design driven tech companies, the company had other priorities - would not say that it's a design centered company - Smaller teams mean you get limited mentorship - Fewer career growth opportunities due to small teams and limited resources
