as of writing this, I have already completed my 3 months. I am very impressed with working culture and environment. + challenging business domain to work - Security and Locks + a lot of freedom to take initiative and accomplishing them + relatively new team with a lot of positive energy, supporting you in your role + tech stack is very latest and up-to-date (yes, we are doing real microservices)

not much to write here to this part. only very typical start-up things is the lack of ownership

There is a very good atmosphere in this company. You get every opportunity possible to fulfill your own working goals and the company goals. Transparency and openness are granted and your feedback is always welcome. Also you don´t feel any real difference between being an external colleague in comparison to being an internal employee.

Even though it is a yet relatively small company, sometimes the communication is challenging but progress is clearly made.
