-New management team all come from the same company, bringing people that have no clue about the industry or what they are selling -Your opinion doesn't count, so be ready just to work how/when/where they want -Working remotely/home office is not allowed in some teams -Management team coming from the US have no experience or respect for European working culture -Micro management is extreme -If you are not liked (Speak up/say your opinion to managers) you will get fired -HR pretty useless, employee rights not important at all, all about HR is how to fire people. Lack of transparency - you find out people are gone if they're not on slack anymore -Young, inexperienced managers pretending to be 'wolf of wallstreet' and don't listen
