Stressful job - especially when I was not able to help the customers. Multitasking - I wasn´t able to focus on emails when I had to take calls. Besides, the program for emails was not suitable for CZ or GE language - I had to write it in Word and copy it which was not efficient and was time consuming. Short breaks, not enough time to relax...
