While salary isn't everything, I do think management cannot keep their eyes closed on this subject anymore. It's easy to find an alternative job where they would be paying significantly more for the same work, this shouldn't be the case for a company that holds such high expectations of their employees. If they could remove some of these point-based bonuses and introduce a 13th salary, that would provide more financial security
