Low salaries, no raises, bonuses are funny (for 170% of productivity - 500 kc of bonus, hurray!) Shift and weekend work - they ask about the preferences but they don't care abou them. If you ask to work only morning shifts, they will give you only evenings. You wait for ages till your holiday is approved. No possibility to combine this work with normal life. The airlines companies teach you how to lie to the customer - this job has nothing to do with ethics. They can tell you that you will not be trained for some interesting stuff because you are not native (!!!). 20 minutes of break + 30 minutes for lunch calculated with a clock! People spying on your activities - you stay 15 minutes in aftercall status, solving an issue, then some jerk writes you why you are not picking up the phone. Computers are old and half of them does not work - you can spend 20 minutes looking for a working computer but they don't care - you login too late, you have a latecome.
