You get bonus every month if you meet goals, but sometimes is really difficult to get them because the conditions are not suitable. The work environment is good, supervisors are nice and well knowledge and also the people that supports you during the week are pretty humble.

Svantaggi

The training doesn't really prepares you fully, you have to start working to get used to everything and sometimes can be overwhelming. The company really highlight "we care for our costumers" but sometimes they don't care for their employees enough. Is not an easy job because you manage people that can even scream and insult you, so they really forget to follow-up your mental health after you start working. Is not a job for everyone even if the pay is good.
