The employees I work directly with, we are a team, but bonded by our circumstances

The top leadership is "greed-ership". There is no leadership; more concerned about the big lottery ticket paying out than the employees. lack of respect on the second and third leader level for the top level leadership-CEO and COO. people are staying for wrong reason, like me, incentive shares. I will hopefully be writing a positive feedback experience once I join a new company.

some teams function well together and support each other

training is very lacking, if I did not come from the industry I would not have known what I was doing. It took a long time to understand a lot of their systems which made it very difficult to properly support the customer. Additionally when I asked for help due to a lack of understanding sometimes I would not get an answer till the next day or later which also made for a poor customer experience.
