There is a great sense of teamwork and cohesion among the staff. This is rate for the restaurant and bar industry, it is typically cut-throat. The business is always booming because of the location and the regulars so the potential to earn is definitely there. I personally was given complete creative control over the bar and was listened to and trusted at the restaurant level (ownership/corporate is a different story). Their products also speak for themselves. very knowledgeable and experienced staff all around

Corporate and ownership are not willing to staff appropriately at the management level. This certainly trickled downhill and ultimately effected the staff.
