The people I work with are friendly, knowledgable, and we help one another with sales and information. My manager is a sweet person who knows a great deal about the industry. I get training on most of the lines in the store, which makes me feel more confident in selling them.

The company is experiencing growing pains. There are so many stores opening. My regional manager acts as if we are bothering him, and our spa supplies never, ever, arrive; which, puts strain on our esthetician, who is working very hard. The pay doesn't seem worth it for me to stay very long. Our sales goals are very high, which means we never meet them, and therefore, never get commission on the thousands of dollars we do sell.
