Supervisors are lazy, team leads think they are a gift from god, and raises are none existent. They will offer you a cost of living raise so maybe 3% tops. Also, good luck talking about what you get paid, they are extremely open about punishing employees who do. Lastly, the handled COVID was a joke. They laid off employees to just then hire more the next month.

Thank you for your feedback. We have recently given our employees an employment satisfaction survey and received very high marks in many areas. I am sorry that you had a different experience.
