None. The only potential pro to working for this company is a paycheck. If you are in desperate need of a paycheck and do not have any other options then it could be considered a pro.

Extremely toxic culture. Extremely high turnover rate. Management is clueless on what they’re doing both on the sales side as well as the operational side. Little no training for new hires. Run, don’t walk. Stay away from this company at all costs. You will thank me later. If you do decide to take a job with them, don’t say I didn’t warn you. Also look at the other reviews. Customers can’t stand doing business with Bodycote but often have no choice.
