-resources/ equipment tend to be more focused for the flagship clinics- for those working in concession sites would be good for this to be levelled up. -Can be difficult to get together socially for the whole team due to the number of clinics/ Geography but regional teams meet up more for teaching and socialising.

Focus is purely on revenue, totally money oriented with no regard at all for staff or patients. You can be a very experienced and competent physio but if you’re not making the company money - you’re out. Did anything possible to prevent me from applying for any CPD - CPD in their eyes is a 30-minute PowerPoint and expected to just get on with it. Fake promises with regards to CPD, commissions and bonuses which they make as difficult as possible to obtain. Staff are given the least amount of time and focus is on KPI’s rather than anything the staff need/want to discuss (when 1:1 time should be dedicated to that staff member). Terribly micromanaging seniors asking unfair demands like no breaks or admin at times even during a busy clinic! Which contradicts their policy. We’re not interested when this query was raised.
