      They have a lot of money, splash on licenses, hardware etc

      Senior management rude/sweary on calls. High turnover. Didn't mention during hiring their "office" is a shared working space, Bolt6's section was the messiest space by far. Very poor communication, last minute requests to work evenings/weekends etc. When I resigned (4 week notice prepared to work) they tried to not pay my full notice period, CEO sent shockingly unprofessional email threatening me.

      Bolt6 has an incredible culture, great work environment, and stellar leadership. There is plenty of room to grow for those who work hard and are passionate about sports and technology. All my coworkers are incredibly friendly and always willing to help each other out. Leadership makes sure that everyone sets goals to both better the company, and improve in areas that we want to improve on as people.

      Hours are funky sometimes, but we work with some of the greatest sports' organizations in the world, and sports happen at weird times.
