Amazing company with a great vision - Recensione dipendente - Product Manager presso Bond

I chose to work at Bond because of: 1) The quality of the people. They are just really, really, really nice. Even when people disagree, it's respectful and productive. 2) The opportunity. Bond is on the bleeding edge of cool fintech, allowing any company to become a fintech. 3) The mission. When you're working to bring financial services to underserved populations (people of color, immigrants, small businesses, gig workers, etc.), it just feels good at the end of the day. 4) Unicorn potential. I truly believe Bond will be a unicorn in the next few years. Who doesn't want to ride that kind of rocketship?

Nothing unusual springs to mind. Working entirely remotely for 1.5 years has been rough on all of us and the same thing applies here. Ideally we'd see our colleagues more, but that's COVID for you.
