There is no pros at all

Zero star to the management of this company. You are treated as factory labors. Pointless work will be provided to you. You can't showcase your talent here, management is an unhappy soul that you are never appreciated for your talent. You can't learn anything here especially if you want to grow yourself as a software engineer, then their project is not going to help you and you can't even upgrade your skills. I never recommend this company to anyone, you get better jobs in Navi Mumbai and Mumbai region. And yeah I can't forget to say there's this so called boss, who is so wicked and he's famous for threatening employees. This company doesn't know the difference between educated employees and unskilled labours.

Nothing that I remember or experienced

This company is with full of cons. 1. CEO is so rude and arrogant. This guy has no idea how corporate works, So hes baseless ,what to impart to subordinates. He gives you some clueless projects to work which is not applicable and practically contain no value and directionless. Apart from this, this guy will definitely have his bossy attitude ,which may come to you as threating, torturing and force on you. Honestly, it a sinking ship. Plz don't ever think of joining here.
