10yHi and thank you for your review. Although I am clearly disappointed that you feel the way you describe, I am grateful for the feedback so we can continue to work on getting better. I can assure you that we do care about all of our colleagues and fully appreciate that you and your team mates are the ones dealing with our customers everyday. Clearly we are a 24/7 business and do need colleagues throughout the day and at weekends. This would have been explained at your interview. However, this should still allow for an appropriate balance. I would ask you to pick up any specific concerns with a member of the People Team or email me directly. Thank you Ryan
