Hi and thanks for your feedback.I am obviously disappointed with some of your feedback and would really like to understand more. I clearly don't know where your specific frustrations stem from but I know there are a huge amount of opportunities at Rentalcars.com. Just look at our current vacancy list on www.careers.rentalcars.com there are a significant number of positions available at all levels across the business, all available for internal applicants as well. Of course I don't know where you are in your own development journey but the opportunities are there and we have loads of examples of colleagues who have progressed very quickly. I'm also intrigued by your comment about "old school enterprise company policies". As a business we are policy lite, so I'd love to understand what you mean.
