Hi thanks for your review, it is really appreciated. You are right, in a business that is growing as quickly as ours, the opportunities for colleagues who are up for it are huge. You raise a good point though, we need to do more from a training and development perspective. I don't know if you were at the all colleague update last week but if you were you will have seen that L&D is my number one priority for the year ahead, We have already started work in this area but you may not have seen it.
