8yHi and thank you for your review, although I was disappointed to read it and see how you were feeling. I am certainly not going to say that problems never arise across the business, we have more than 1600 people and sometimes people behave in a way that is less than ideal. What I can say, is that if we hear of issues that you describe we will follow it up, investigate and do what we need to do to improve. In this case, whilst I clearly don't know the specifics of your situation, I have already forwarded on your comments to the senior CS management team to see what we can learn and how we can improve.
With regards to your comments on turnover, our retention rates are improving all the time, across the business and even on Glassdoor 83% of colleagues say that they would recommend us to a friend. I am sorry that you would not fall into this group but I wish you all the best for the future. Ryan
